Welcome to the first Tactical Running Audio Training Guide!

Make sure you are actually out for a run the first time you listen to this track. This is a practical exercise, not a theoretical one. By listening to the audio without actually going for a run, you will ruin your own training experience.

How to use this Audio Training Guide

  1. Access this link on your phone.

  2. Put on your running shoes, and clothes to run in.

  3. Put Your Headphones in, so that you can run while listening to this track.

  4. Walk outside, and start going for a light jog in your neighbourhood, with no particular route in mind.

  5. Go to the track below these instructions, and click play on your phone as soon as you leave your home.

  6. Start listening to the track, and follow the instructions.
